Sustainability is at the core of my design ethos and  I try to use upcycled textiles within every construction process.  My community group 'Material Madness' actively promotes recycled textiles for craft, art, fashion and costume use.  I enjoy using upcycled materials and repurposed or found objects from other areas outside of the traditional textiles cycle.  Aluminium cans, pill packets or even cat hair for example!
